HMI for filling machines
For over 50 years, Bausch + Ströbel has been providing highly innovative solutions in the field of filling and packaging technology for the pharmaceutical industry. The company placed their trust in us when it came to redesigning the filling machine HMI. The focus was put on the usability and UX concept as well as the visual design of course. The aim was to develop a new, attractive and ergonomic user interface that is transferable to all Bausch + Ströbel machines and easy to parameterise and operate.

Personalized interface
Assistant-guided
An assistant guides the operator safely and efficiently through the production cycle (preparation, production, post-processing). A clever dashboard and widget system allow the user interface to be configured individually – for each customer, for each machine, for each operator.
Project work
The requirements of the corporate design could be fulfilled excellently, also with regard to the joint appearance within Excellence United. In addition to the usability and user experience concept and the visual design, we specifically worked with the software developers at Bausch + Ströbel and supported the implementation with Zenon from COPA-DATA.

KIEFEL packaging machines HMI
The HMI from KIEFEL Packaging relies on self-explanatory illustrations and animations. It makes the highly complex technology easy to understand and thus facilitates the input of parameters. We developed the usability and user experience concept as well as the visual design for the HMI.

Christ HMI
Christ's HMIs can be flexibly adapted to different requirements, not least thanks to a high degree of modularity. We developed a multi-touch-capable usability concept and the visual design for the new user interface of the Christ packaging machines.
