Kurtz Ersa Connect – Digital services for electronics production

With the "Connect" app and the associated portal, Kurtz Ersa offers a comprehensive solution for communication with the customer and a central knowledge database. Service tickets can be answered easily and promptly. The customer can call up all information about his installed equipment. The app is to become the preferred communication and information path for the customer. That's why it uses familiar patterns from messaging services and booking apps while offering a unique look and feel.

Ticket system for service and support requests

One of the many functionalities is a ticket system for service and support requests. It enables real-time diagnosis and supports independent and prompt troubleshooting. The app uses established patterns from private communication. Via chat view, the dialogue between customers and Ersa becomes clear and intuitive. Special attention was paid to the clear visualisation and keywording of the tickets as this enables requests to be prioritised quickly.
