With the Notifier App, various machine notifications are sent directly to the user's Smart watch or Smart phone, depending on the configuration. This enables the operator to react quickly and in a targeted manner, for example to warning and error messages. The Notifier App has been specially designed for location-independent access to alarms and messages. The concept and the design are based on different devices which are aligned to each other and interact with each other, allowing for a fast and intuitive reaction.

With the "Connect" app and the associated portal, Kurtz Ersa offers a comprehensive solution for communication with the customer and a central knowledge database. We developed the Connect app together with Ersa. We were responsible for the user experience concept and the visual design.
The MIWE go! oven control system was strongly tailored to user roles in terms of concept and design. Together with the customer MIWE, we developed and designed both the operating concept and the visual design. The work was supported by usability tests and two apps were developed to complement the HMI.
